Warranty and Contact Info
- All bolo tie orders have a 30-day warranty period. If your bolo breaks or you’re unsatisfied with the quality and would like a refund, please contact me before 30 days. Any bolos that break due to the building process (bolo end tips or slides break off) I will fix free of charge. Shipping is paid for by me on returns.
- FOR ANY CLOTHING ORDERS Please email me (form below) or direct message me on instagram @chuckstop.co . Let me know if the article of clothing has or has NOT been washed and if you’d like to exchange or refund entirely. This is good for up to 30-days from purchase, not all clothing is guaranteed for exchanging due to limited sizes and runs of designs.
